These sessions apply to all the Oracle applications product lines, including E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, Siebel, JD Edwards, and others. In addition, you’ll find sessions covering services that aim to help you maximize the value of your applications investment, accelerate your implementation timelines and business results, and optimize your post-implementation monitoring and support-such as sessions about Oracle Support, Oracle Consulting, On Demand/SaaS for applications and Oracle University.

Big Data
Nowhere is the impact of data growth on factors like storage, access and analysis more obvious than the realm of Big Data. These massive data sets are quickly accelerating out of the terabyte range, and zettabytes or even petabytes are becoming a near-term reality. Big Data is driven by the massive amounts data collection mechanisms in place today, for everything from customer tracking to research projects to financial transactions. This includes large amounts of unstructured data, as well as formats new to the database, including multimedia.

How do organizations drive results without being overwhelmed by the processing power needed to handle all of this information? Big Data sessions will cover solutions like parallel processing and innovative data mining solutions, as well as specific technologies like Hadoop and scalable storage options.
