Additionally, by booking within the COLLABORATE 12 hotel blocks you help to offset event costs. This allows us to invest registration dollars in offerings you've requested, including expanded networking events, food options and of course bringing COLLABORATE the best and brightest speakers in the application and technology community. The lowest room rate is only $79 a night! Hotel reservations can be made starting November 7. Online reservations: Attendees are encouraged to make their reservations online through the housing links by Friday, March 23rd. Any room requests after this date will be subject to availability. Telephone: Phone reservations will not be taken. General Information: You will only be allowed to book one room at a time. If you would like to book more than one room, you will have to go through the process again. You will receive a housing acknowledgement in 24 - 48 hours. One night's deposit will be charged to your credit card to confirm your room reservation. A credit card is required to guarantee your room reservation. To avoid a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax charge, cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. In order to obtain the discounted rates,book your housing within the contracted hotels by Friday, March 23rd. Any room requests after this date will be subject to availability. |
